Uele River

The Uele River, also spelled Welle River, is a river in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It originates in the mountains near Lake Albert and flows west for about to join the Mbomou River at Yakoma.
The Uele forms at Dungu, where the Dungu River joins the Kibali River.
The Uele–Mbomou confluence at Yakoma marks the start of the Ubangi River, which in turn flows into the Congo River. The Uele is the longest tributary of the Ubangi. The combined Ubangi–Uele length is about .
